Pilates can be highly beneficial during and after pregnancy. The common problems of back pain and pelvic problems associated with pregnancy can be significantly reduced and helped with the aid of Pilates.

Pilates during pregnancy will help you maintain core strength in order to reduce lower back pain, maintain pelvic floor strength and help prepare your body for labour.

If you are new to Pilates we recommend that you start with a private 121 session with a bespoke programme tailored to your needs throughout pregnancy and postnatally.
